Following on from recent Government guidelines, Kartell have taken the difficult decision to temporarily close their distribution centres. Orders that have already been placed will be kept on back order and will be released via Kartell once they have everything back to normal. They will be constantly reviewing the government guidance as it emerges and aim to get back to work as soon as it is safe to do so.

Orders are still able to be placed through are website and will be processed however will not be dispatched via Kartell until everything is back to normal. Once they are back to normal there will more than likely be a backlog of orders that have come in over the COVID-19 period, therefore next day delivery may not apply for the initial two weeks upon opening. While the closure is in place and orders are being made, we will keep in contact with you via email to keep you up to date with any expected delivery dates. If you have placed an order or are going to place an order, please be sure to check both your main inbox, and junk inbox to ensure these are not missed.
